safari 4

anyone else noticed the new safari update messing with internet use?

am finding i have to log into site now whenever the hot site window is used,
also finding the new posts tab only produces a few threads rather than the full pages of a few days ago,

some sites showing more like an A4 page rather than the fullscreen?

nothing major, but a niggle none the less

Keep the Safari 4 reports coming in please, especially which operating system you're on.

I've now got Safari 4 running on XP, and I can't replicate any of the issues being experienced - are you all on OS X?

A correction - I have now seen the truncated new posts list issue, however looking at the cookies I cannot see why.

Safari on OSX seems to work beautifully, I can't recreate any of the issues above so it looks like it could be a Windoze thing.

ad15, what are your security settings in the Safari preferences particularly with regard to cookies? Do you use many browser plugin's or a firewall? I only ask because it's also running A OK on all my 10.5.7 mac's (although only 3!) ...

My non Intel PowerPC Mac OS 10.4.11 logs out too, and I have to upload my pictures via Firefox as Safari doesn't seem to be able to for whatever reason Confused
