| 07 Range Rover Sport temp sender location 2.7 |

Hello everyone i'm just after transplanting a 07 rr sport into a disco 3 05 and the sport engine has no temp sender on the front of the engine shes running lovely but the temp gauge is up full,no other warning lights on.Does any one know the location of the temp sender on the range rover,there was a few changes to be made but nothing much i'll put up some pics in a little while  cheers ps. i looked up topix and it shows the wire out of the temp sender changing colour from brown to red going to the ecm just after another wire branches off to the map sensor so one brown wire changes into 2 and diffrent colours,the one of the disco sensor has a brown and a white wire but on the sport i dont have a sensor or a connector

2007 onwards the coolant temp sensor is in the coolant hose by the airflow sensor\airbox
2005\6 the coolant temp sensor is in the coolant hose that runs along the front of the engine at the top.

Cheers Q86ARR now after checking and i can find no connector form the engine to go there would there be a chance the connector for that comes a diffrent route to the side of the rad

Got sorted jumped from ecm over to the old temp sender thanks anyway
