HSE Tow Hitch Fitment

Hi All,

I understand that HSE platform is different to the D3 and RRS and my tow hitch will not fit???

Cheers

If you mean a D3 HSE it will fit as I have one. If you think about a FFRR and calling it an HSE I am not sure they could be different.

I have a D3 HSE and as stated above the Mitchell Hitch fits and works just fine.

I think Aaron was given a confusing vehicle description, just needed to be confirmed.
FFR is a completely different platform and doesn't have the same issues anyway.

Just mention that I fitted the MB hitch. Easiest accessory I've ever fitted in my life, and excellent instructions. Now now pesky reverse sensors are another story entirely!

Have you managed to rotate them yet. A PITA but much easier if you have someone else to hold the bumper skin clear for you.

Bluetack has survived on mine for several months, will have to last a lot longer still.

I, thanks to Pbob's suggestion, use self adhesive plastic lugs that go under chair/table legs to stop scratching. Just cut an appropriate sized one in half and stick on the medial side of the inner sensors.
