I've done it again!!! :(
Well just when I thought I had 2 working D3s on the drive instead of, in the words of TLO, one on the drive and one at the stealers, it all went horribly wrong! Packed my D3 for a little jaunt ending in the LRW weekend, oztent, engel, all the camping gear and then some, headed off down the road then remembered something I'd forgotten. So far, do good - got the bag forgotten back on the road when bad steering wheel wobble. Oh, just put MTRs on, might have lost a weight, let's have a look. Bad smell of brakes & lots of smoke from front left wheel, oh carp thought I!
Car now on drive, where it likes to be, waiting to go to the stealer! Prob seized brake caliper. Luckily Mrs DSL's car was available so all the gear slung in and I'm on my way!
AAASAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHH

You must STOP this nonsense Del Mine is approaching the same mileage as your 2, & I'm beginning to wonder whether I should have found out what S***tstones were going to offer me for it.

As TLO will verify, it was me that got the black covers withdrawn when they leaked dye all over 3 week old alpaca leather seats. All 7 seats were replaced, very expensive for LR, then they were chopped.
At least you might enjoy the journey a bit more with that one
Did you get all sorted-out with Richard for my wheels on Sunday???The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom
