I fancy an RRS
He's been away for 3 days now, suffering from a huge lack of power <2500rpm. Hopefully it will take a long long time.
Meanwhile i've been flirting with an Enterprise RRS HSE. only 600 miles and still not been up a dirt track.
She's luvverlee
Is it OK for me to fall in love with another whilst mine is poorly?

She's so smooth. She's like a pound of cream, wrapped in silk.

sounds like a bad case of T-D-V-8-itis to me - very contagious on contact (much like swine-flu) - complete isolation from source will solve your malaise after a couple of days
thank your lucky stars you didn't get the full blown FFRR variant - thats reaaaaaaaaaaaallllly bad Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
your Lightweight about to get some company in the unloved corner? I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

I was browsing the RRS yesterday at Guy Salmon
The prices are creeping up on used RRS's and D3's.... should have brought the RRS 6 months ago they were cheaper then. I think they are £4k - £5K more expensive now.

The RRS may be tighter, firmer and have a bit more go in her but he novetly will soon wear off. You will end up prefering the comfy reliable home making D3.In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
CAR Magazine has a 'sum-up' verdict of the RRS..........

Yeah, sometimes you want a bit more room to shove your load in at the back, and then where will you be?I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

I had a play with somebody elses FFRR supercharge in Normandie on some small country lanes.
It was nice as I compared it to my Camel.
I was suprised how much fuel it can use, even now driving a V8 D3 I am still suprise off the amount off fuel it can pump in the engine.
I hope the owner doesn't read this.Roel
