Hi Tom
Welcome to the site.
If you have the factory PTI system fitted (not all models do), you will have some buttons to the right side of the steering wheel.
Check to see if you have them, if you do i am sure instructions will follows

I doubt your base model has it fitted unless it was available as an option. Early MY05 were not available with the bluetooth PTI for a good while.
Only way to tell is to do a search for bluetooth devices with your phone.

If you have the phone button on the stereo does this mean you can fit the kit? If so is the mic allready inplace somewhere or does it come with the kit? If its allready inplace where is it?

Yes you can fit the kit ..however the phone button does not work with the LR aftermarket bluetooth kit ..its operated from 2 buttons that fit on the steering wheel ( included in kit )
The phone button on the stereo only works with the factory fit PTI ( not retrofittable )
Mic comes with the kit also ..located in the little vent in the light cluster

Yes mic needs to be installed ..very easy ..pull down the light cluster from the front nearest the windscreen ...clip mic in holder ( whichever side is nearest to your steering wheel ) run cable down A pillar ( remove 1 torx screw under the airbag logo ..) ..done
pm me an email address and i will send you the pdf ...site wont let me upload it G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Sorry mate a request like that to a first post on the site
Especially when you have not specified what model/yr you have I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

I do not know how any1 can read what I am writing unless they are watching this page all the time.
Is there a main page to view.
