Bad Vibrations
I ended up in a situation this weekend where I was hitting a few rocks under my vehicle and had no choice but to grind my way out of the situation. The next day I heard an intermittent rattle from under neath and today have noticed when idling the steering vibrates in my hands - certainly more than before as I have never felt this. When looking under the vehicle I noticed a steel plate that seems to be bent? Although perhaps it is actually meant to be this shape?
Please see attached picture - any advice will be appreciated!

I'd get it into a decent LR dealer or independant to investigate.
You don't want the steering failing nor do you want the potential of the fuel tank rupturing....... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Thanks Ronp - The area bent in the photo (again if it is in actual fact bent) is near the rear right wheel - is this where the fuel tank is protected by this plate?

Fuel tank protector plate is bent (steel) tank is plastic. I think you may have hit something else though.“There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
