multiheight towbar removel

HI GUYS
can anyone tell me how easy it would be for someone (with no knowledge of spannering) to remove a landrover multiheight towbar from a 2005 d3 hse.
have just purchased this car Very Happy and have no need for a multiheight towbar and would prefer a quick release one
