I'm the only D3 in the village..!
Just got back from a pay and play day at Parkwood 4x4 in Bradford and I was proud to be the only D3 on the site!! Loads of beefed up Defenders and D1's around and got many admiring glances and a couple of shouts of 'respect mate' which is always great As soon as I turned up the organisers slapped a blue 'easy routes only' sticker on the car but after a couple of hours I persuaded them to let me on the harder stuff and much to their amazement (or was it dismay) I cruised through all but one of the hard bits on standard road tyres

Those pictures are really good. It looks like a safe place to play. How did you find out about this place. It would not me that long to drive over from Blackpool. Can you let me have some details about this place . Most of the events that are advertised on here are for the southerners so any info about events up here in the north would be helpful.
Thanks

There is another event there in May, I'm up for it, perhaps we can get a few more there and show the Defender brigade how it's done !!
Forgot to mention the star of the day, 2 guys in a white 1988 Fiat Panda 4x4 with AT tyres and a snorkel!! Got stuck on 3 out of 4 of the sections he attempted but kept battering away, brilliant fun to watch 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

Parkwood Play day
Yep checked the flyer, a new date has been announced of Sunday May the 14th. I might try and negotiate a discount from the £50 entry fee if there is enough wanting to go. Please post your interest chaps and I will contact the promoter. It was a great day and would be good if a few more of us go next time.2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto
