The radio appears to have gone mad, it will suddenly change from radio to aux or another input by itself and then nothing will work apart from the volume control. I can't even turn it off anymore (except with the ignition). It was replaced with a service one in December under warranty, so I have asked Nick at Yeovil to see what he can do, but in the meantime are there any suggestions.
I have tried pulling the fuses etc, but it doesn't make any difference. The odd thing is that sometime it will come back to life for a few minutes.

Is it a high line (6CD changer) or low line (single CD) radio?

I would have the radio reprogrammed at a dealers etc. If that does not fix it, you need to get a replacement.
It might also be worth checking the CAN wires to it are not untwisted by much.

Thanks, I will try the wiring first and then look at getting it re-programmed or replaced.

Thanks, thought I would update that I pulled the radio out on Saturday and re-arranged the cables before plugging it all back in. Since then the radio has worked properly
Hopefully it was the cables as suggested by BBC SPY
