washer motor blows fuse

Hi, have changed the fuse and even upgraded to 15A as recomend in other posts but wahser motor fuse keeps blowing.

strong mix of antifreeze in bottle and bottle not frozen, heated jets working and washers do work, but agin today cold weather -4 and fuse blows

any ideas where the motor is an can it be insulated, or is it the pipe work.

My ford smax has frozen jets but fuse dosnt blow! 2005 55 TDV6 S
