Pic will tell you more then a 1000 words.....so....
I wanna install my switch on-off-on(http://www.mastervolt.com/view_product.php...ro_id=5314) for the roofrack lights on the spot marked by the Red cirkel.
Annyone know if there is place behind it? Just unscrew the thing and Dremel a hole?

there should be the controll button for the rear airco,
but wait.... your steering wheel is on the wrong side! How come? Did I miss something and did they start left hand driving in trappistenland? Some people get by
With a little understanding
Some people get by
With a whole lot more
I dont know
Why you gotta be so undemanding
Also consider this - that might be a blanking plate, but it's not part of the dash assembly, it's part of the heater controller HVAC, so if you wanted to fit anything into that slot you'd probably need to take the controller apart LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

There's some space nehind there. Just take off the H trim (pull up from the bottom with a firm tug) and you'll see loads of spaces..... Bodsys Brake Bible

Bodsy,
If you take off this H-trim....then the radio and hvac units are still in place....
so to see if there is space behind, just onscrew the unit and you will have acces to this blanking space???? Correct?Disco 3 TDV6 Aut. 7 seat, Zambezi silver, Privacy glass, Rosen A9 DVD, Tow-kit, K&N airfilter, Frontrunner Windcheetah + 4xHella Comet 550, tailgate ladder, 5 breaklights , Performance BB6 17" + Duratracs 256/70R17, RLD Skid-plate, Traxide second battery setup, Lightguards, BAS EGR's blank kit, BAS Silicone hose, Black bonnet decal,

Correct, although if pulling the radio out, just be careful of the fibre optic cable, if you need to rest the radio, be best to disconnect the cables from the back. It's very easy, so no big worry. Bodsys Brake Bible

MrH is correct here. The blanking area that you've indicated on your picture is inside the ATC module. I doubt there's enough space behind that blank to mount a switch that deep.
If you don't have the manual levelling control on your headlamp switch, there might be enough room inside to fit your switch.

There's room on the panel next to the EPB switch. I put a rocker switch and 2 LEDs on there with no problems:

Pull from the bottom lip of trim piece until it releases from the 2 bottom clips. Rotate up slightly, then straight out. (there are 2 locating tabs with a small lip at the top of trim.)
Just a note about the headlamp switch: when you disassemble it, the interior dimmer control wheel is likely fall out because it's spindle just sits in 2 slotted tangs. When you reassemble the switch, note that there is a single large tooth on the control wheel gear and a matching large slot on the mating gear. Line those up and be careful to not disturb it while snapping the switch cover back on.
