Camp4fun (Germany)

Following on from the event thread here http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic28792-90.html, below are some more pictures from the camp4fun event in Germany at the weekend (NJF has posted pics in the event thread).

This is part of the site:

D3's from Luxembourg, Switzerland and Germany:

One up (userfehler I think ?); one down (a V8 ) and NJF in the middle:

As NJF posted in the event thread, this piece was a bit tight...

And just after this, NJF scrapes a sill...(can't remember if I said "plenty of clearance..." or "not much clearance..." Whistle

Andi cooking with the shovel...

And despite the expectation that it would be me...here is NJF nice and stuck... Whistle

So...NJF gets stuck...a D1 tries to winch him out...battery dies...I pull them both out Whistle and then NJF has to give the D1 a jump start...we drew a crowd with video cameras (including the one my son had - must get around to posting it...)

Luxembourg and Swiss disco3.co.uk contingent...

And NJF going over top at the place which (it seems) ended up scraping the underside of the front and rear bumpers.
The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Club "yes, I too have had the EGR's replaced..."
Club "yes, I too have had the compressor replaced..."
Club "yes, I too once had the car at the dealer for a couple of weeks nearly 4 weeks over 4 weeks...5 weeks"
Club "yes, I too have had EPB failure..."
Club "yes, I too get mysterious bings and bongs..."

Nice pics, JF. Are you sure you didn't get stuck, not even just for a short while? Wink

Habit - I've always taken out the number plates when posting pictures.
