had the same issues regards the centre air, stealer visit I'm afraid, as for the non locking flue flap, ME TOO!!!
Just had TLO send the replacement catch oh (only a few quid) and a new filler cap coz the thread seems to be worn a bit and its not keeping the fuel in if I over fill him.
Regards the filler cap, if you stand by the flap with it closed and then lock the car using the key fob, you'll hear a very slight noise of the motor locking it, if like me you heard it but the flap was still unlocked, then you're talking about the small catches/spring, if not then its the motor and that's a dealer visit and a pay in the to get to (oh and loads of money labour charges).
If you pm with your email address, I forward email you the LR parts diagram that TLO sent me

Thanks character,
Did the dealer manage to fix the rear air vents and did they explain the problem?
The car is booked in next week for the EPB squeaking (don't start me on that one again...). Car under approved warranty till November thank god, they might stitch me up for the EPB strip and clean but the rest is down to them.
Thanks for your advice, when the warranty runs out I will fill the boot with lucky heather and rabbits feet

worth having a look on the site for "end of warranty" check list, regards the centre air vent, just the hose had become dislodged, have you checked your cigarette lighter works in the same centre console, mine didnt, had to re-connect it. (only found out when we went to France on our hols last year and the kids wanted to use their DVD players).
