Why is it so hard to get a dealer that will actually do the job right ?
Just had the car back from the dealer open the service book and find they have done another B service.
So no new air filter fitted now in 25 months despite two services
The dealer suggested to me last Thursday after they failed to service the car despite being booked in that they would do a 45k A service (the car has done 60k) otherwise it owuld have 2 B's on the trot - not good. Ok Great booked in for today.
Got it back with the bill, invoice clearly states 45000 service.
Then I look at the technicicans service sheet and he's done a B service
So still no air filter fitted.
I rang them up (they delivered the car back) and was told they only difference between an A and a B service is an Air Filter ????? Are they full of how come its nearly £200 more for a B service ?
Also no break fluid change offered. Supposed to be 3 yrs
Lastly on the 'Healthcheck' sheet it says "Oil Leak from VAC Pump', they said its not a problem and doesnt need repairing (Car is under Warranty).
So guys, what course of action should I take just to get a friggin service ?

ps the front heated windscreen that doesnt work they said they tested it and could SEE IT GETTING HOT

Thanks I have the dealers copy, it doesn't explain why a B is £200 more than an A though.

I am assuming that is the vacuum boost to the brakes?
There is an issue with loss of boost pressure due to contamination of the vacuum boost. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
