Warranty price
Guys
I already have a warranty direct policy on my other car so I gave them a call.
Tesco warranty is just about to expire!
Disco 3 S auto Jan 2006 with 20k on the clock.
They asked me what I paid Tesco and I told them £545. They said they would match my Audi cover which is their top warranty Luxury Care Franchised rate for £550 for the year.
Bonus because on line it was £880!
Worth calling them.

Sounds good, but I screwed them down to £450 for the lux cover plus no excess, so get stuck into them and give'em no quarter Welcome to the Global Warming Corner.

There are a number of key issues you need to add with Warranty Direct.
Add in their non-betterment option (which they don't publicise) for another £50 - this means they always pay 100% of the repair costs, and not a sliding scale with milage.
Get it £0 excess
Get it interest free over 10 months
Get cover for 13 months
Get your car serviced before so there's no wear and tear exclusion on the first 90 days
Add in the optional stuff (is it called exhausts and emissions) which specifically covers your EGR valves etc

My disco was 3 last month and just paid LR £970 for 0ne years warranty and LR road side
I think that was to dear don,t you think as tesco is £500
