Hi,
When I bought by D3 I was given a report titled "Direct Dealer Warranty - Claim History List". It shows a list of warranty claims and when they were done:
Repair Date---Claim Type---Program Code---Casual Part
27 Nov 04-----Vehicle------VW-------------RCFG (within a few weeks of it being registered)
27 Nov 04-----Vehicle------VW-------------HREP
27 Nov 04-----Vehicle------VW-------------YUD501220PVJ
16 Dec 04-----Vehicle------VW-------------YUD501220PVJ
01 Mar 06-----Vehicle------VW-------------TVK500250

Any ideas?
From doing a search in the forums I know that the A034C and A036D are 'Enhancement Program' codes but I would really like to know what those particular codes involved. Also I assume that the vehicle would have already been at the dealer for other work like a service for these 'enhancements' to be carried out. Is that correct?
The report also lists an 'open field service action' of 'Q003 Discovery 3 - Towing Equipment' but mine doesn't have any. Has it been removed?
