Setting the Suspension to Low

Hi,

I am sure this must have been posted before, but I cant find it.

I have tried to look in the manual, but can not find it anywhere.... so here goes!.

When we stop the car and select park, is it possible for the car to lower automatically, so the kids and short SWMBO can get out easily?. Seems such a faf doing it manually Wink.

Cheers in advance!.

Neil

The long answer is no, there is a shorter version. Not one of the functions LR built-in I'm afraid....
 Cheers

No. Nothing standard. you'll need to really strain yourself and move your left arm left and down a bit... Wink

Flick the lever a few seconds before you stop and it'll be at access height by the time you do

Cheers guys for the replies, guess I'll have to actually do some manual work and flick that switch as we slow. Would be a nice touch if LR did it though.....

Still enjoying the car, its 6 days old now and working out what it can/cant do....... might even go off road soon!

You'd need to check the manual but ISTR that you can flick the lever down at any speed up to 30 seconds (or something like that) before you want to stop...I think the access mode light will start flashing to indicate you're going too fast but it will wait for you to reduce your speed....

As soon as you reduce your speed enough it will then drop the car down, hopefully before you come to a stop and pull the key out.

Or am I imagining this 'feature'?? Confused

I have checked the manual but I can't find the switch for making the drivers seat travel from the car to the house like it does in Thunderbirds. It's a bit of a pain having to walk. Rolling with laughter
