hi chaps quick question will or should the fbh work with the fuel light on I.E. last 1/4 of tank audi rs4 b7 panda multijet vespa et4 abbey spectrum

Fbh should not come on if the low fuel light is on G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I think it will burn for a short time if there is latent fuel in the system though - i.e. reason it still operates after engine off.
The fuel light should not be on a 1/4 tank but at around 50 miles range left. Needle needs to be pretty low down before it does light up.
