oh yes I forgot to mention that they have not placed the locking wheel nut key back where it should be either, meaning I will have to make another trip back there today to pick it up before I go on another long treip somewhere!!!
just out of interest how much did a 15k service rush you ?????
shawnbali blue disco 4 with rear dvd's, privacy glass, pre heat system, heated steering wheel, full size spare, piano black trim, ipod cable, 20 inch wheels and i love it loads more than my TDV8 RRS, KTM 250 EXC 2 Stroke for the real off road stuff
My 12000k service cost nothing (part of service plan with new vehicle) and is apparently only really an oil and filter change.Near enough 40 degrees South!!!

£377 including vat. You got it cheap, although mine was as clean as new when I picked it up.

Only cost £295 including VAT yesterday.
Still it's expensive for just an oil change and pollen filter. Coffeecup

And you're point is....
Just because you've got a good dealer, the rest of us have to compare notes and seek out the nice ones from the Cr*p ones. Coffeecup

No don't get it wrong, I mean that there is such a huge difference and there should not be. They should all have the same skills, ability and quality control. That includes cleaning the car after a major service.

Hear Hear As I seem to have been ripped of the most, I would be glad of this. They charged over 80 quid for oil for gods sake

How do you stand with the warranty if you do the 15,000 service yourself. Buying the oil and filter parts etc. from the LR dealer.

Mine was £375.
P.S While on the subject of dealer costs, mine wanted £250 to fit a towbar and electrics. (Not the detachable one)
