Seeing as the company is struggling at the moment - seems a great time push them over the edge by sueing their ass off for some tyre wear issues. Evil or Very Mad

I would be in FULL agreement with you - however I'm being asked to pay about $600 for front tires after less than 30,000 miles on the clock - while being told it is my fault that they are wearing unevenly... mind you, the rears are in perfect shape (?!).

Considering I'm BUYING a newer one from the upon lease return - I seriously hope they re-consider the charge!

BS tire charge for lease return vehicle = no sale of new car... wonder which they'll pick? LOL

30,000 miles wear on front tyres is exceptionally good based on most people's experience, unles you go AT/MT tyre route Confused Thumbs Up

Agreed, wish I could get 30k out of a set. Generally get 20k.

wow.. really? 20K on tires & thats it?

hmmm... I'm getting ATs next. I'll keep the OEM road tires during warm weather - while switching on the ATs during winters.

whats really weird is that the rears are almost perfect - granted, they are far from new, but at least they are wearing in an uniform manner.

Even AT's wont give you much more than 30k, standard Pirelli give anywhere between 15k and 20k miles of wear.

You might get a bit more life than this using them in the US where cornering is less often involved though Wink

Thumbs Up

The OEMs on mine lasted about 15K, the replacement AT's still got a lot of life to them 28K later Thumbs Up
