Getting your ass whipped
So, only two D3's and one T_y_t_ showed up for the year end function.
Half of the Brakah 4X4 course was closed due to heavy rain last week - so we decided it was not worth the time and money to do it. Still a nice week-end , but the highlight was definitely Heine's miss-hap.........
Getting one's ass whipped is one thing, but getting your own ass whipped by yourself is another story altogether --- watch this space Erstwhile - D3 S '07. Dual battery system. Upgraded tow hitch. Mantec skid plate. Frontrunner rr. Tmax double headed built in compressor

I would think so. Heine, if I could suggest starting with a back window. Why is the fear of long words called hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia?

Yessum - luckily it was a short weekend trip and not a 3 week trip north . I've become surprisingly averse to dust since my defender days

That is why I gave Heine the other "Walkie Talkie" which I bought for R500 at Mica for that part of the trip, but - no,
Heine wants to talk to me via Cape Town Radio Erstwhile - D3 S '07. Dual battery system. Upgraded tow hitch. Mantec skid plate. Frontrunner rr. Tmax double headed built in compressor

In Heine's defence, that does make sense. I would have insisted in the same. IIRC we did the HF course together. Why is the fear of long words called hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia?
