Smoke gets in your eyes

I started the car yesterday morning at 04.00hrs pulled up to my front door to load up. I left her running whilst I went into the house to grab the kit that was just inside the door. When I returned to the car this happened does anyone have any ideas Question the temp was showing 4 on the dash.
In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
