Compressor dryer beads update

Been having normal height only for a while so I bought a repair kit for the amk compressor dryer found this

Now I have it back together low and behold I have suspension fault, which never happened before
C1A20-64

That's well past it's use by date !
Did you strip the compressor down, inspect the seals etc. and give it a good blow out ? I always get a full service kit and replace all seals, including the piston seal whenever it's needed. The compressor is often forgotten about until it plays up and bearing in mind it it runs for quite long periods needs a service every 2 or 3 years or so to keep in top form. Looks like the dessicant has broken down over a long period of time

After some thinking and not wanting to be beaten,I decided clean the filter and took the compressor off and as I suspected the air intake pipe was partly crushed (me in a hurry),took my time refitting the compressor and this is the result
