New LR3 on order with standard LR rubber mats.
In the last 3 vehicles I have used a mat called catch-all
http://www.niftyproducts.com/nifty_truck_c...ction.aspx
These are a decent mat for containing liquids such as melting snow and mud because of the raised edge which prevents the liquid from simply running to the edge of the mat and then on to the carpet.
The U.S. manufacturer of the catch-all mats obviously doesn't feel sufficient market (LR) to warrant production of LR version.
Any other similar mats available for LR3?

Can't help you with your query but I was interested to note that you could order an LR3/D3 with rubber mats as standard. Here in Germany I couldn't convince the dealer to do away with the velour mats and had to order rubber ones extra to the velour. Maybe Canadians are more used to people carrying snow and mud around on their feet!

Maybe I misunderstood then and I will end up with only the rubber mats. I must admit that, when I looked in the German price list/brochure a few minutes ago, I couldn't find anything about standard mats. But I just assumed that the car would come with some mats (and in discussions with the dealer, we talked about the rubber ones as extras)!

Sorry for the confusion. Didn't mean to imply the rubber mats were free here in Canada, just that I odered the LR rubber mats when I ordered the vehicle.
I was hoping the find a Catch-all equivalent mat specifically designed for LR3 but I will probably end up measuring the floor space when the vehicle arrives and order something for a similar sized vehicle.

Yes, it is all a little confusing, but as I suspect that my dealer here is as confused as the rest of us. I'll just wait and see whether I end up with two sets of mats, summer and winter, or just the rubber ones.
