A164 - Towards Driffield with Tintent

Spotted this morning at 0830, silver D3 towing a tintent - just passing through Leconfield towards Driffield. Reg No was something like T9 ??? Am sure there was a forum sticker on the front windscreen?? I was taught to be cautious.
