Rotary Coupler and Steering joint changed

Went to Team Valley Service center (Gateshead) this morning to get the rotary coupler changed.
Just mentioned that I felt there was a slight knock at slow speeds coming through the steering wheel.
As a result of this I now have a new section fitted in the steering column. He showed me the one that came off and it did have some play in it. The steering now feels much more direct and no more knocks.
I must have been getting used to the old steering as now it's different and much better.
They also checked a few other things (anti roll bar bushes and ball joints) and every thing was fine.

The two Grahams down there are very keen to please and it makes a big difference. Nothing was a problem to them. If I was Strat****es Newcastle I would be very concerned.
