Headlights and Tyre Dog

Some smaller issues picked up during my previous trip.

Most of the travelling was done in heavy mist/rain/even snow, so I had headlights (and rear fog light) on most of the time. When I entered the Hugunots tunnel I realised that the headlights were not on but the stalk in the high beam position. Outside the tunnel I stopped to check - only the side lights were on and headlights would not turn on although the flashing mode still worked. Thought it could be fuse but all four lights have own fuse circuit. It then seemed that the headlights (being in high beam mode) during the day switched off by themselves. I have the S model and afaik do not have any light sensor mode Question Question

Over and above the one sensor of the Tyre Dog tyre monitoring unit which broke on the first trip two others malfunctioned showing low pressure on two wheels which were in fact OK. Got hold of the importer who will replace the whole kit for a new one - due to arrive soon. He reckons some of the kits are very poor quality and only lasts for a couple 1000 km's. If anyone had problems with these kits PM me and I will give you the importers detail.

Refund received, Thumbs Up Bud Morris, you are a man of your word.

Now, how do we find a unit with the same features, but with eally tough sensors? Maybe there's a second-generation sensor on the way?
