Logic 7

Strange question, but can anyone tell me how to tell if my HSE has Logic 7? I assumed it did, but it's a Spanish import and somebody on here suggested it probably didn't have it. Give me a clue. What does Logic 7 do/have that the cheaper system doesn't?

On the small speakers in the front corner of the front door windows it says Logic 7 on mine, also if you press the music control button (top section of the button next to the on/off knob), and cycle through it should go BASS, TREBLE, etc. etc. then there should be an option for LOGIC7 on/off.

Thank you. Just checked and I have all that, so the car does have Logic 7. I feel complete now! Wonder whether the notion that cars supplied by Motorpoint etc have Logic 7 and other 'goodies' missing is a rumour put about by the main dealers to justify the price difference?

I have a Harmon Kardon suuround system at home, the Logic 7 is their version of Dolby Pro Logic suuround, it sort of extracts surround info from a stereo signal.

Logic 7 is actually a process developed by Lexicon (sister company to Harman Kardon) and is used in their high-end home theatre systems.

See http://www.lexicon.com/logic7/index.asp for more details.
