Land Rover's 60th Birthday. Aussie Sign-Up.

G'day All,
Sign up for the above here.
The poll results showed Rawnsley Park as the winner. www.rawnsleypark.com.au

So as a group we will be staying by the dam (oh pray for rain).As in catweasel's photo:
http://www.disco3.co.uk/gallery/albums/use...0_2348.JPG
on 23, 24, 25 & 26th May 2008.
This is located about 400m from the caravan park office/ shop (Licenced & has fuel).

Those wanting cabin/on-site vans/ powered sites etc have to deal direct with Rawnsley Park Caravan Park, speak to Kate and say You are with Disco3.co.uk, on 08 8648008 or e-mail at: info@rawnsleypark.com.au.
Spaces are very limited for cabins etc so get in early. Thumbs Up

Open fires are ok at that time of the year. NO GENERATORS are allowed in the park. Shocked Twisted Evil Big Cry
Cheers,
David. Thumbs Up
 Did you think I would leave you crying,
When there's room in my D3 for 7,
Climb in here Joe we'll soon be flying,
I can go just as fast with 7.

Thanks David!

We'll either be camping, or will borrow/rent a camper - either way, unpowered is fine.

cheers,

Simon

G'day David

We will not now be able to attend the celebration at Rawnsley Park in May. We will be on a Trakmaster off-road caravan trek from Balranald to Birdsville via White Cliffs, Tibooburra and Innamincka, followed by a double crossing of the Simpson Desert (and no, we won't be taking the vans over Big Red and the like). This trek opportunity doesn't come up very often, so it's an chance too good to miss. We were looking forward to catching up with fellow Disco 3 owners, but maybe some other time. Hope you all have a great time.

C'mon guys and gals...

Well - 3 or 30 - I'm looking forward to it - and will be better than sharing Cooma with 500 others... mind you, that would be a sight!

Now - who has some info for me - what's the Strzelecki Track like from Wilpena Pound via leigh Creek and Merty Merty like? Thinking of taking an extra few dasy and going home via Tibooburra?

cheers,

Simon

Simon, if you go back that way I'd like to know the conditions. I was thinking of taking my Kimberley Karavan to the Northern Flinders Ranges but go via Mildura/Broken Hill/Tibooburra/Cameron Corner/Strzelecki Tk/Gammon Ranges.

Thanks Chris

Hi David,

As we discussed last week (or was that the week before?) I am happy to use my staff to do the running around to organise and distribute any merchandise you(we) want to get for the Flinders Ranges gathering.

If you like, I can start to get some info on costs and delivery times etc, if we can all agree on what we want.

I'll start the list of possibilities:-

1. T-Shirt;
2. Polo T-Shirt;
3. Stubby Holder;
4. Cap;
5. Floppy hat;
6. long sleeve Ts;
7. Jackets (whatever types);
8. Beanies.

Please feel free to add whatever suggestions you (anyone) have.

I will also need instructions on what logo / wording we want to have printed.

I will await further instructions.

Regards

Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

I'd vote for long sleeved t, and a cap?

But we need a design! disco3.co.uk, yes, but also Down-Under 60th LR etc...

hmmm - thinking caps needed also.

HELP! Any body know any screen printers? Prices for short runs, say >500, are exorbitant. Like in the range of $45 per item just to print Thud .

My printer claims to be able to do transfers & print to material, amongst other things I would not dare try, but the durability of these things must, at best, be questionable.
