Help Identifying Seal or Grommet

Hi All,

I found this seal or grommet lying on the driveway when returning home. I've had a look underneath and can't identify where it may have come from.

Car is a Discovery 4 Landmark 2016

I wonder if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction, many thanks...

looks like part of the main suspension arm hydro bushing

check front lowe arm rear bushing for missing bits looks like they need replacings very soon

might be mistaken but ...

You were right!

Both left and right are bad. I only bought the car from an independent dealership 6 months ago.

The rears bushings are bad too.

eaasy enough job with basic tools

get Meyle arms which have 4 year warranty

spray shiite loads of Deblockk Oil on screws few time before disasembly

replacement is easy just need to remember to torque the bolts at ride height

also check your anti-rollbar bushes they look a bit tired as well

and defo leaves a few 100 quid in yer pocket and gives satisfaction of job well done Wink
