ordered from Carousel last year at about £10 for 10L and getting ready for another tub and found this

Hi,
Yes both have been delivered, although not seamless 
first order was sent via "(new)Amazon" this was delivered to the farm house at the end of the drive and not our address, luckily they let me know and I walked down to collect it the next day.
second order, sent by DX, had an email saying "unable to find address" so rescheduled for next day and added phone number, next day had an email saying "delivered" 
not to us it wasn't no idea where it was delivered but couple of days later it turned up outside our door, honest neighbours 
I did contact them, through fleabay and they offered to send another tub but messaged them back when it turned up so got both just took a few extra days, contact them and ask for tracking proof Transit! 2019
