FL 11 keeps burning out

Can anyone tell me what FL 11 fusible link in engine bay fuse box feeds please.
As soon as I replace it, it blows so I suspect a short circuit on radio, sat nav as these have stopped
working.
Car is a friends 64 reg Disco 4 that I don't have a wiring diagram for.
