Hi
I've tried a search but struggled.
Land Rover are required to publish TSB's into the public domain. Can anybody recommend a good source to view these jems?

Try here https://landroverforums.com/forum/tsb_recall/tsbs. When you find one that interests you, copy the bulletin number and paste it into Google. Usually you’ll get a PDF somewhere at NHTSA. I’m guessing the TSBs there only apply for American vehicles, so probably excludes diesels on D4 (and D3) but would include diesels on D5.
Of course you can (could?) get them from JLR TOPIx, too, but I think it requires paid access nowadays. At least my account doesn’t see anything there anymore.
