I'm surprised that there are surgeons prepared to undertake the procedures - he's had fingers amputated and has had his ear lobes removed, for example. I guess he's a consenting adult so it's up to him and thus is all good and legal. But still surprising.Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

Most if not all can be achieved with prostetics/CGI and the actor can go home looking normal at the end of a shoot.
More importantly another role with a different look can be done by the same actor after makeup.
This one can only look like this one character and if its not the one being sought by the casting director he doesn't get the gig. He is "typecast" before he starts and has little chance.A visitor from the dark side, my other vehicle is an is still an EV. Strictly speaking its SWMBO.
