LR4 Kühlwasser in Öl, Oil in Cooling water, Engine Fail

Hallo,

Turbo tausch: Fahrtrichtung Rechts.

Hello,
I took my LR4 SDV6 to a garage because I had problems with a turbo sensor.
It turned out that 1 of the two turbos was defective. They immersed the turbo, during the learning phase both turbos and the engine stopped working. Now there is cooling water in the oil.

My question: Could cooling water have entered the oil circuit when the turbo was installed and thus caused the damage?

Turbo exchange: Right-hand drive.

The question is whether I should sue the dealer for a material defect or the workshop for breach of duty of care.

Thanks und Danke
