Land Rover Discovery 3 - V8 4.4 - Lambda Sensor issue? P0420

Hello chaps,
Today my engine light came on. I`ve scanned the car with JLR IDS SDD and I found two error codes.
P0420 - Catalyst system efficiency below threshold (bank1)
P0174 - System too lean (bank 2).
Could this problem be caused by a bad MAF or is the time for new Lambda sensors?? If I need to change the Lambda what do you recommend me??
