| Nearside headlamp washer jet |

I've noticed that my nearside headlamp washer jet isn't really working, apart from the odd trickle. I've removed the headlight (nearside) and disconnected the two joints in the pipes that feed both washer jets. Whilst disconnected I tried the washers and both pipes sprayed out quite far.
I've tried putting air down each pipe and it squirts out whats left in the pipe but when I reconnect its still not coming out of the jet?.
Could this be a non return valve that I've read about? Discovery 4 HSE Luxury Santorini MY12

Did you get to the bottom of this? I have one jet not working. Pump is fine. Wondering if blockage somewhere,either jet or this valve that is talked about. Gary
