Sill Protectors - Any Recommendations?
Having trashed my old D4 sills, I'm keen not to do the same with the new (to me) D4. This is mostly from metal studs in the soles of wading boots whilst getting in/out of the vehicle.
I'd like some sill protectors to protect the body-colored metal that is visible when the door is open and was thinking of something such as these from Lockwood International but curious what others would recommend please?

I used the Lockwood ones on the last 2 or 3 D4’s I had. The area that they cover is superior to some others.
On my D3 I had the sills covered in heavy duty clear 3M protective film from new. That was the best. 👍2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Oh! Where did you get the film from? I looked at 3M's site and there's loads all over the shop, so which one did you plump for if I may ask?Discovery 4 HSE late 2015 Euro6

I've actually gone ahead and brought the Lockwood ones as they seem really good value for money. I'll post some photos when I fit them!Discovery 4 HSE late 2015 Euro6

I’ve used the Lockwood plates on for several years on all of my Discos. Excellent quality and value. Mark the location on the car first as they are usually very sticky.

I can’t recall the name of the business now. I posted about them on here back in 2006!

I have these. The price is the same as it was in 2017 when I bought them. I’ll vouch that they’re excellent and have been staying on for about 7 years so far. they were manufactured by Bearmach originally, I think.

Cheers for that but it looks like that site is dead now. There is a site based in India but they don't have any car products! No dramas!Discovery 4 HSE late 2015 Euro6
