I use the large silver sunshade from Halfords, it wasn't a perfect fit for my D4's or my FFRR, but it's close enough and a fraction of the price of a LR one.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

It doesn’t fit perfectly, it’s a little too wide, but that’s not a issue for me. It literally takes seconds to put up. It stays in place with the sun visors down and there’s also a material loop to attach it.
I’ve used it for many years and also have the medium and small versions for my other cars.
It definitely does not mark the dash top.
There maybe better fitting alternatives, but I’ve never searched for them. Thinking about it, you could cut it to fit perfectly.

Here’s a photo of the large Halfords shade in the L405. It fits the D3/4 slightly better.

Zoom in and you’ll see the securing loop over the passenger side sun visor. I don’t know if new ones have those or not, it’s must be 6 or more years old.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Aye, I get you as you do sometimes end up leaving fingerprints on the window trying to peel them off. I think they are more for camping blackout as you can buy 'all of them' to block all the windows.Discovery 4 HSE late 2015 Euro6
