Turbo issue? Also brake very hard

Car has no power anymore.
Made a loud whistling sound before, no very loud exhaust sound.
Also the power assisted brakes works now only the first time youhit the brakes, if you brake shortly afterwards, the brakes are firm.

Any idea where to start searching? Smile
