replacing tailgate glass - antenna or not?

some **** broke my tailgate glass and drove off, so i need to get it replaced.

I know its tinted and heated, but what about the antenna option - how do I know if I need that or not?

2006 4.4l HSE

Antenna is in the side window glass not the tailgate.
