Heated steering wheel supply loom
Good morning all,
I've got a D3. Managed to source a D4 heated steering wheel and clockspring. I am looking for the cable that provides 12v to the clockspring. I heard a user here makes up the cable from the cigarette lighter plug to the steering column.
Thanks
Dean

They used to be available pre made from the forum shop, just plugged into the back of lighter socket on the dash…. might be worth asking Martin nicely if he has any left..I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

Worth checking what year the wheel was from as there are issues with some on D3 conversions - do a search as there are some good posts about it in the forumMust stop buying shiny toys....
