Oil Service Reset - iid
Apologies in advance for what I'm sure will be regarded as a daft question but if I change the D4 engine oil and want to reset the oil change indicator (but not the service indicator), how do I do it with the iid. If I access the service/test menu item and select service reset, all I'm offered is a service reset routine - not a subset from which I can select just the oil change indicator. Guidance appreciated.

Here the workshop manual procedure (for pump draining or sump draining) without using the IIDTool
I am also aware of this method (but never tried it)
- Turn the ignition on
- Open the hood
- Open the drivers door
- Turn the ignition key to position II, If your car has push-button start, press and hold the ” Start” for two seconds without touching the brake pedal.
- Next, simultaneously press the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal and hold for a minimum of 10 seconds, until a “SERVICE RESETTING.” message shows on the instrument cluster display.
- Turn the ignition off and back on.
If the message is not cleared, repeat the process!Discovery 5 tdv6 HSE Corris Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition

I have been searching and I cannot find the reset for oil service on my iiD tool.
Any pointers, please?Just 'cause you got the power... that don't mean you got the right.
