Anyone used this instead of replacing the prop, seems like a good option

I was quite disappointed with the centre support on a new GKN rear propshaft, the rubber is very thin and flimsy, and I can’t see it lasting long at all. This is a much more sturdy option if the centre bearing support failing is all that is wrong with an existing propshaft, but I wish it wasn’t so expensive Laughing Building up a reinforcing layer of Sikaflex around the failing rubber support, is another ( much cheaper ) option.
D3 owned from new, P017 brake recall, BAS FBHIC, new FBH, LR013487 oil pump, new water pump. RRS front lower suspension arms. New suspension compressor/ relay. New Denso alternator. CuNifer rear brake pipes. New GKN rear propshaft. New HPFP belt & tensioner. New A/C Condenser.NO WARRANTY for many many years.

this certainly seems more substantial, also no need to remove the prop and half the cost Thumbs Up
