I bought a GAP IID tool on ebay last week and it arrived the very next morning. I went on the GAP website and paid the £25 transfer fee. My account states proccessing and we are now a week later and still not able to use the locked functions.
I've emailed GAP but not had a reply. Can anyone help with a phone number or other means of contacting them.
Thanks Some mistakes are to good to only make once.

worked for me very quickly
I was changing vehicle and had to supply a new code when reader plugged in via -
Menu--IIDTool Config--Unlock, send us the code and we will provide the unlock.

I did the same as you sending my activation number so they could unlock the extra features. I will try again using the email you gave me. Thanks. Some mistakes are to good to only make once.

Hi,
excellent super quick replies from GAP yesterday doing my Change of Ownership
IId turned up, plugged it in, got the activation code, paid for CofO and got the Processing order, also got an email with my order number ref, in the mean time I sent an email (as per their instructions!) to them with the activation code and the order ref, 10 minutes later had a reply with the Unlock code.
Used the updater with IId into laptop.
IId plugged into car, unlocked and all working within a few hours
It may have helped that it was mid afternoon in Canada and early evening here
(just got to learn how to use it now )
