4x4 Tyres
Any one wondering about getting a set of Goodyear Wranglers MT/R tyres. I have just ordered an other set as the last ones I had covered over 35000 miles, they are very noisy and aint to bad on the old handling front.

Kaney, can you tell me a bit more about the general grabber AT's. It looks like they are the nearest fit for the 18". My concerns were :
Noise - is there appreciably more noise than with the wranglers?
Cornering in the dry - does she maintain a tight line in corners or is there a touch of lateral drift when hustling ?
Affect on speedo - did you notice any inaccuracy in the speedo readings ?
Affect on vehicles other "temperamental" bits - like suspension ?
My dealer advises that the slightly different size (55 v 60) means the speedo will be about 5% out (not sure if that is up or down) so I guess that will also affect the other readouts on mileage, fuel consumption by the same amount.Disco 4 TDV6HSE

You'll be going slower than the read out presumably as the circumference will be smaller so you will travel less for the number of revolutionsDS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone
