| What happens when warranty direct warranty ends? |

We have two policies with the original warranty direct, SWMBO for her A1 and my RRS. Both have be3n paid out with absolutely no quibbling and very promptly, but they come to an end over th3 next few months.
For those that had this policy, what happens when it comes to an end, I’m assuming they don’t renew on the same terms? Is it offered from the new warranty direct? Has anyone any experience of claiming with the new company! Joined the BMWX5 45e group

I sold the D4 a while ago now, moved over to Volvo, (mistake) but took a policy out with the new form of WD, no issues, a lot cheaper than cost of a D4 to cover, £350 for a Volvo XC60, had one claim for a compressor and an adblue tank, £2300, £250 excess, not £500, not treated as separate claims, I paid the dealer, submitted the invoice, WD paid me, all payouts are done on the 19th of the month.
Second claim for £550 paid out no issues.
