Front & rear suspension valve blocks - difference |
|
What’s the difference between the front and rear suspension valve blocks other than different part numbers and price?
They look similar and are also functionally similar.
Any ideas?

The internal plumbing is different. You can make them work in a pinch, but if you have any other parts fail, like a height sensor, the system will go in a tizzy. I had a rear block mistakenly on my front and it worked fine until a front height sensor failed, then vehicle went to bump stops. 2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8
