I will also purchase the wiring harness with it, but have no idea what it includes.
I am clueless when it comes to electrics so can someone please let me know exactly what I need to buy to have this wired up to come on with the high beam and also have a switch installed?
I will have someone to help me fit it, but I want to make sure I have everything I need to fit without having to get halfway through and realise I need to go and buy something else.
I have a 2015 D4 in the UK.
Any help is always greatly appreciated, thank you!

It doesn't look like the bit of wiring included in that kit is really what one would call a wiring harness. A harness for auxiliary lights should include at least a fuse, switch, relay and decent cable and connectors to connect to your battery and a feed for high beam.
Search for "Stedi" or "lightbar" on the forum and you will find some useful pages. I fitted a Stedi ST1K just over two years ago and I'm very pleased with it.D1 300Tdi - gone

Even with "low power" LEDs the supply should be fed via a fuse from a relay, not a great deal of difference between most you can buy on line.
Terminal codes are:
85 Coil
86 Coil
87 Normally Open (NO)
87a Normally Closed (NC) - not present on 4 pin relays
30 Common connection to NO & NC terminals
The coil is not polarity sensitive, one terminal fed from a tap off of the headlamp circuit but must be 12v. The other side of the coil has the switch linking down to ground.A visitor from the dark side, my other vehicle is an is still an EV. Strictly speaking its SWMBO.

Thanks for the help, I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of what I'll need in terms of fuses, relays etc as I have no idea what will actually be required. I've had a look at some other posts but there isn't really a clear answer.

Either pre-made or make it up yourself, you need the fuse for protection and obviously a switch to turn them on
There’s a lot of debate been had around whether you can just wire them to your high beams or whether they should be independently switched, I’m with the latter, as you may not want to blind an oncoming driver every time you flash them to come at a junction.2008 HSE Stornoway Grey

Purely from looking at the photos I'm not sure these will work as you want.
The loom appears to be a 4 pole DT04 male-female lead. 2 pins pass through and 2 tap off to the yellow and white lead.
The pass through is heavier wire so most likely the power feed. The yellow/white lead would then be for a switch, probably a push to make button that each time you press it steps through the 3 light modes and off.
Still using a relay it would be possible to turn on with the main beams but it might remember the last mode used or always turn on in one specific mode.
The DT04 connector kits are available from eBay, £6 for the single 4 way plugA visitor from the dark side, my other vehicle is an is still an EV. Strictly speaking its SWMBO.

I've spoken to their support and they have said the below:

Is this possible with regard to wiring up to the DRL? I'm not fussed about the Indicators. It looks like it comes with a DT conversation kit so won't need to buy one of those.

I'm not sure what a DT conversion cable is, but in any case, you will just use the high beam lights to switch a relay which will then in turn switch on your shiny new LED lightbar.
The existing highbeam wiring will not be enough to power both the highbeams AND your lightbar hence the need for the lightbar to have its own power supply. I take power for my lightbar from the Stop Start battery.
If you connect the lightbar in parallel with the highbeam then at the very least, you will blow the highbeam fuse. At worst you will melt cables and burn out switches.
There are lots of posts on this forum about wiring in spotlights and driving lights so do have a read of them. Wouldn't want you to damage your existing wiring.D1 300Tdi - gone
